We recommend that all questions, feedback points, and warm wishes go through our support widget in the bottom right corner of your workspace. You can send us a message there, and also access these knowledge base articles on the fly without having to open a new tab.
Pip will reply to you promptly – our built in ai will scour all the resources and training we have provided instantly and do its best to help you. If you are not satisfied, simply ask for a human.
We monitor all messages, including Pip's conversations, and we will get back to you as soon as we can. If your message requires follow-up, we will create a support ticket that you will also receive via email.
Our human hours of operation are Monday–Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM EST, and we sometimes reply outside of those as well. We may be able to provide weekend support with advanced notice.
