Subscription management

In this section, you’ll learn how to add payment method and manage your subscription.

Only the Admin can see and edit billing information.

Plans & Billing

You can manage your subscription in the settings menu under the “Plans & Billing” submenu.

This will take you to the billing dashboard, where you can either Update or Cancel your subscription.

Option 1: Update Subscription

In this section, you can switch from a Monthly to a Yearly subscription.

Once you select your preferred option and click the Continue button, you will be directed to the checkout screen.

After completing the checkout, the change from one option to another will be applied immediately.

Option 2: Cancel Subscription

Selecting this option will get you to confirmation screen where you can confirm your choice to cancel subscription.

Clicking the Cancel Subscription button will immediately disable auto-renewal, meaning you won’t be charged when the new billing period begins.

You will still have access to the eventPERCH app until the end of the current billing period.

While you can continue using the product until the billing period concludes, the funds are non-refundable.
