How to create a Client

Learn how to add a new client and update their details to ensure smooth project management and collaboration across your workspace.

On the Contacts page and Client tab click on button Create new.​

Now, here are two sections:

Client Details

General Client information.

  • Client Name - Enter the full name of the client

  • Shipping Address - Client’s shipping address details

  • Billing Address - If the billing address is the same as the shipping address, check the Billing address is the same as shipping address checkbox

    • If different, manually enter the billing address details

Contacts

Manage vendor contact details.

  • Full Name - Enter the full name of the contact person associated with the client

  • Role - Specify the contact person’s role or designation

  • Phone Number - Enter the contact person’s phone number

  • Email Address - Provide the email address for communication with the client contact

  • Primary Contact checkbox - If this person is the main point of contact, mark them as the primary contact for easy reference

    • Each Client has to only one primary contact.

Click Add Contact Person to include multiple client representatives/points of contact.

Note: Contacts marked as primary will be displayed in the Contacts table and in the Client and also will be visible in the Client contacts section of the Project Overview.

You can also create Client while creating a project.
