My Account Settings

In this section, you’ll learn how to manage your account settings to ensure everything is aligned with your needs.

My Account details can only be edited when logged into the account itself.

My Account

In the My Account section, you can update and manage your personal profile details, including your avatar, contact information, and password.

*Keep in mind, since you are technically a contact under Your Company's account, your contact details may display throughout the app. For example, if you are selected as a Contact on an Event Vendor list tab or if you are assigned as a Project Lead on a Project Overview page.

Profile Information

  • Upload Avatar: You can upload a custom avatar to personalize your profile

  • First Name: Enter/Edit your first name

  • Last Name: Enter/Edit your last name

  • Phone Number: Enter/Edit your phone number

  • Email: Your registered email address will be shown here (not editable)

Once you’ve updated any of these details, click Update to save your changes.

Change Password

If you need to change your password, follow these steps:

  • Current Password: Enter your current password

  • New Password: Set a new password

  • Confirm Password: Re-enter the new password to confirm

Click Update to save your new password.

Delete Account

If you wish to delete your account permanently, you can do so here.

Be careful: if you are the only admin in a Workspace, or the only Team Member left in the workspace, and you delete your account, it will delete the entire workspace.

*Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Clicking Delete Account will trigger a pop-up window asking you to confirm the action by entering your account password.
