Trial Period & Subscriptions

In this section, you’ll learn how to add a payment method and manage your subscription.

Only team member Admins can see and edit billing information.

Plans & Billing

You can view your free trial status and manage your subscription in the Settings menu under the “Plans & Billing” section.

This will take you to the billing dashboard, where you can view the status of your free trial and manage your subscription.

*Please note that you must enter a payment method in order to view pricing plans and change your subscription, but you will not be charged anything until your free trial is over.

If you do not enter a payment method before your Free Trial ends, at your next login, you will be automatically prompted to add a payment method and select a subscription plan to regain access to your account.

Update Subscription

In this section, you can switch from a Monthly to a Yearly subscription.

Once you select your preferred option and click the Continue button, you will be directed to the checkout screen.

After completing the checkout, the change from one option to another will be applied immediately.

Cancel Subscription

Selecting this option will take you to a confirmation screen where you can proceed with cancelling the current subscription, which will lock your workspace for all team members at the end of the billing or trial period.

Clicking the Cancel Subscription button will immediately disable auto-renewal, meaning you won’t be charged when the new billing period begins.

*You will still have access to the eventPERCH app until the end of the current billing period.

While you can continue using the product until the billing period concludes, any existing payments made are non-refundable.
