Updated over a month ago

Our Find & Replace feature allows you to efficiently search for and replace specific information on the page you are viewing.

When making changes on the fly, this time-saving tool will help you quickly find and modify either one or multiple line items without having to manually edit each use case.

You can easily trigger the Find & Replace tool in two ways:

  • By using the keyboard shortcut CMD + F (Mac) or CTRL + F (Windows) to open the search tool directly.

  • Or via the three dots menu, then select the Find & Replace option

  2. In the Find field, enter the word or phrase you are searching for and then select if the entry is in Description, Vendor or Location attribute.

    1. Use the arrows to jump between each instance where that search term appears on the page you are viewing.

  3. If you would like to replace the search term with a new item, click the Replace icon:

  4. If you are replacing a Description..
