Budget Exports

Easily export budgets to PDF or Excel to create planner-friendly views or client-ready documents.

Users can generate exports from either an Event Budget or the Project Budget.

The only difference is that event exports include the event parameter.

Filtered results are reflected in exports.

Customizing Your Exports

When you select Export, a pop-up window will appear where you can customize what information is included in your PDF or Excel export.

You can edit the document name, choose whether to include notes or markups/sub-items, and select which columns you want to appear by checking or unchecking the available options.

For Budget exports, you can choose to include or exclude the columns that show Vendor, Quantity, and Unit Price.

Once you’ve selected your preferences, complete the export.

Hide Filter Info in PDF Exports

When you apply filters before exporting a PDF, the filters you used will appear at the top of the exported document under Active Filters. This allows you and anyone viewing the export to see which filters were applied to the data.

If you do not want the Active Filters information to be visible to the recipient, select the Hide Filter Info checkbox in the PDF export options before exporting. This option will only appear when there are filters applied to your view.

Selecting Hide Filter Info removes the Active Filters line from the export, but it does not remove or change the filters themselves. The exported document will still contain the data based on the filters you applied; it simply will not show which filters were used.
