eventPERCH is currently an internal tool for your best business practices. The software does not offer a client-facing portal or login at this time, but we do offer a Shareable Links feature, where you can generate a live, view-only shareable link for any timeline or budget with a single click. Links can be created for individual event pages or project-level pages.
This provides a portal–like experience by giving clients and vendors view-only access to live updates. Recipients can stay up to date with real-time changes, saving you time and emails.
You can also quickly produce branded, client-facing timelines, budgets, and payment schedules using our customizable exports.
We intentionally designed eventPERCH so that you are in full control of who sees what and when – ready to be shared with clients when you are.
Pro-tip: we never hesitate to screen-share the app with clients live if we are workshopping a budget or timeline!
