Timeline Filters

Filter your Timeline views based on date, tags, vendors, locations, and more so that you can focus on the task at hand.

Timeline filtering helps you quickly find relevant information in both event and project timelines.

When you select more than one option within a filter, only items that match all of the chosen options will be shown.

This means that each additional filter further narrows the results, ensuring only items that meet every chosen condition are displayed.

Filtered results are reflected in exports.

Hide Filter Info in PDF Exports

When you apply filters before exporting a PDF, the filters you used will appear at the top of the exported document under Active Filters. This allows you and anyone viewing the export to see which filters were applied to the data.

If you do not want the Active Filters information to be visible to the recipient, select the Hide Filter Info checkbox in the PDF export options before exporting. This option will only appear when there are filters applied to your view.

Selecting Hide Filter Info removes the Active Filters line from the export, but it does not remove or change the filters themselves. The exported document will still contain the data based on the filters you applied; it simply will not show which filters were used.
