What is an event?

This section breaks down your Project at the Event level, making it easier to drill down into the details.

Updated over a month ago

An Event is an individual component of a Project, such as a wedding, dinner, presentation, meeting, or any other activity related to the scope of your Project.

A Project can have multiple Events, each with its own details, such as the date, location, and number of guests.

At the Event level, you have the ability to input, edit, and manage information that is only relevant to that specific Event, ensuring your details are accurate.

Here’s a breakdown of what you can manage at the Event level:

  • Timelines - You can create and adjust Timelines for each Event, allowing you to view only the information relevant to that specific Event, ensuring precision with every line item.

  • Budgets - You can create and monitor Budget line items for each Event, making it easier to keep track of costs related only to the Event you are working on.

  • Vendors - You can view your Vendor team specific to the Event you are working on. Each Event can have its own set of Vendors.

  • Company Payout - You can set and manage your Company Payouts schedule to keep track of your earnings at the Event level, ensuring you are paid correctly and on time for your services.

  • Vendor Payout - You can set and manage the Vendor Payouts schedules specific to each Event, ensuring Clients are informed and Vendors are paid on time for their services.

Event-level Timeline and Budget details from across all projects are consolidated and displayed in both Complete Budget & Complete Timeline views for global management.
