Learn how eventPERCH works with vendors at the Workspace, Project, and Event levels.

Vendors in an event planning industry are service providers, such as caterers, florists, and entertainers, that users can browse, manage, and collaborate with to coordinate event logistics seamlessly.

How Vendors work in eventPERCH

Users can create and manage vendors in the Contacts section.

Vendors are used in Timelines and Budgets using Vendor column.

Vendors selected on timelines or budgets are automatically linked to the corresponding event.

Once Vendors are associated with an event and fall under a project, they become visible in the Linked Vendors section of the Project Overview.
